Common Questions

Q: What are the premium features?

A:

1. Permanent Memory (AI will know summarized previous events, but won't remember details)
2. "Remember" feature (remembers specific content of 10 conversations, can remember details)
3. Change background images
4. Auto voice playback

Q: Can I still chat after my premium subscription ends?

A: Yes, you can. After the premium subscription ends, you just can't use premium features, but you can still chat. Points purchased remain valid permanently and never expire, so don't worry.

Q: Can I chat unlimited during my premium subscription?

A: No, the premium subscription only allows you to use features during the period. Chatting still consumes points. For unlimited chatting during the period, you can purchase an unlimited card.

Q: What is an unlimited card?

A: During the unlimited card period, using basic models with consumption of 60 points or less will not consume points. Please note that unlimited cards do not support Max multipliers.

Q: What are multipliers?

A: There are X1, X2, and other multipliers at the top of the model selection interface, which refer to the maximum number of characters the AI can reply with each time and the memory length (how many chat records can be read at once). The Max multiplier is extreme mode, capable of reading 900,000 to over 1 million characters at once (each model has a different maximum length).

Q: Is it better to buy a premium subscription or points?

A: Buying a premium subscription is more cost-effective. The points given are the same, and the subscription includes additional features.

Q: Is it better to buy a premium subscription or an unlimited card?

A: It depends on your chat frequency. If you don't chat every day or don't chat much daily, a premium subscription is more cost-effective. For intensive chatting in a short period, an unlimited card is more cost-effective.

Q: What is the World feature?

A: The World feature is not yet complete and currently has no practical function. It is expected to become an AI group chat feature in the future.
